Got Ink?

So yesterday I got my first tattoo. I didn’t know it’ll be that easy. It took the artist less than 30 mins to finish.

So what’s my tat?

Live. Love. Laugh. Inspire.

These are the four words I live by. I get to do the first three things everyday but I haven’t been an inspiration so I’m trying my best to be one.

I’m not a perfect little girl who graduated with honors, been awarded by known people for something I did, haven’t done so good it changed the world but I aspire to inspire the people close to me. And so I’m trying. Really hard.

I might actually be one of those girls your mom warned you about. I party, I drink, I shop (A LOT), did things few girls would regret if they were in my shoes (but I don’t and won’t) BUT I do LIVE the way I want to; I LOVE with no questions asked; I LAUGH like there’s no tomorrow; and I want to INSPIRE the way I know how.

So tell me if I inspired you even with the smallest things in life so I would have an idea that I’m actually doing something good for a change.

    In many ways, we inspire (unknowingly) the people around us. You said you might actually be one of those girls who party, drink, shops a lot. But I did that too (and every now and then, I still do) :p We’re no saints, but we sure want to do good in this world… in any way we can. Even if its just sharing a laugh or two, you make the world a lil’ brighter, you know.

    Sis, continue all the good things you’re doing right now, you’re a strong, empowered woman and you inspired me to be one every now and then to be one as well. Love yah

    Lhen, you have the biggest personality I’ve ever seen, that it’s so easy to forget how petite you are. Even the little things you do seem so much bigger because of the way you are. So when you try to inspire people in your own little way, know that for that person (me included), you’ve done so in a HUGE way. You make your mark wherever you go, dear. I miss you! :)
